General conditions

The voucher for a tour guarantees the client transport, accommodation, local guided tours, reservations for certain excursions, meals – when specifically included. Extras are not included. The customer must keep the ticket in their possession while using the services.

Tours may be changed without prior notice.

Our Responsibility

– The company is responsible for the organisation and regular provision of the services indicated.

The company cannot be held responsible by users for losses, inconveniences or delays resulting from changes, suspensions, cancellations or closures of our service.

Prices

– The prices shown include all taxes in force in accordance with the law of the Republic of Cabo Verde.

Bookings

Only booking requests made 48 hours before the date of the service will be considered. Bookings are only guaranteed once payment has been received. In the case of payment by bank transfer, proof of payment must be sent no later than 48 hours before the date of the service. Booking is compulsory, as is subsequent confirmation from the operator.

Children

– Vouchers for children up to the age of five are free and only include transport (all other expenses will be borne by the accompanying adult). Children aged six to ten pay 50 per cent of the adult price.

Pets

Animals are not allowed on our excursions, unless they are assistance animals.

– Insurance

– In accordance with Cape Verdean law.

Security

We do not allow clients who are clearly unhygienic or under the influence of medication, alcohol or psychotropic substances, or who are intolerably disruptive to other clients.

Complaints 

– Claims will only be considered if they are submitted in writing to the agency where the trip was booked and settled, no later than 28 days after the end of the service. Likewise, only complaints that have been reported to the service providers (hotels, guides, local agents, etc.) during the course of the trip or stay will be accepted, requiring them to provide the respective documents of the occurrence.

They will only be accepted if they have been reported with a written report of the incident. Claims will not be accepted for delays before or during the journey caused by extraneous circumstances (changes, interruptions or traffic jams due to natural causes, breakdowns, demonstrations, events or accidents, etc.). 

Lost or lost voucher 

– If the voucher is lost, it will not be replaced.

Luggage

Luggage is the responsibility of the client, who must be careful when loading and unloading it.

Customer responsibility

The client will be responsible for their personal belongings throughout the visit. It will also be the customer’s responsibility to keep the corresponding tour ticket with them, as well as all the necessary documentation for free movement in the country. Inside the coach, during the journey, the customer must remain seated at all times and must not wear an umbrella or other objects which, due to their height, jeopardise safety.

Insurance

In accordance with Cape Verde law. It is recommended that you take out travel insurance in your country of origin before travelling to Cape Verde.
