The coast of Sal Island in the Cape Verde archipelago is home to a wide variety of species. You can enjoy a boat trip and learn how to fish in this stunning part of the Atlantic Ocean.
At the selected time, you will meet at the Santa Maria pier and from there, we will board a fishing boat in search of the most succulent fish in the Atlantic! During the tour, the crew will teach you the basics of the type of open water fishing known as Trolling, in which several lines are dragged through the water: especially good for catching predatory fish. These species include fish such as barracuda, tuna and marlin. The latter animals, easy to spot in open waters thanks to their characteristic sail-shaped fins, can reach lengths of up to three meters and weigh up to 100 kg. You will learn the tricks of the trade from the experts, which will allow you to make the most of your time at sea by catching a big catch. After four hours, we will take you back to the starting point at the Santa Maria pier.
