visita al mercado principal y a la lonja de Mindelo, traslado en transporte p煤blico a nuestra casa, clase de cocina en un ambiente agradable y aut茅nticamente caboverdiano.
We will pick you up in front of the Pal谩cio do Povo, the pink building at the end of Rua Lisboa in the center of Mindelo. Together we will visit the markets to buy the fresh ingredients for our cooking class and then take the bus to our private home. It will take you 10 minutes. During the course you will learn how to prepare typical Cape Verdean dishes, we will share with you our secrets on how to make rice, vegetables, fish or meat and really tasty desserts/starters. Your instructor is Catia Sofia Andrade, she is well known in Mindelo for her excellent cooking and has appeared on German television cooking shows. After enjoying our lunch we will take you back to your accommodation.
