This is a land- and water-based session. First, you'll learn basic flying skills with the training kite, as in the first option. Once you have mastered this, the instructor will guide you through the configuration and safety systems of the large kite. You will then practise on land with the instructor before entering the water. Participants must be able to swim. The instructors will enter the water with you and show you the techniques of "body dragging" (without the board) with the kite. You'll learn how to get away from the beach and back to the beach, and how to launch the kite from the water.

This is a session on the water in which you will learn how to go upwind (upwind) and downwind (downwind). You'll practise your relaunches on the water and how to change direction by "dragging your body".

This is a water-based session and an introduction to the board. You'll first do a body-drag with the board in one hand and the kite in the other. Once you've mastered this, you'll be shown how to put the board on your feet and do a water start, in which you get on the board to start sailing.
