CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CLIENT AND REFUNDS

The Client or any of their companions is free to withdraw from the trip at any time.
In the event of cancellation, the Customer will pay a cancellation fee as follows:
Up to 90 days before the trip – the applicable cancellation fee corresponds to the value of the airline tickets + 30% of the remaining services.
Up to 60 days before the trip – the applicable cancellation fee corresponds to the value of the airline tickets + 60% of the remaining services.
Up to 30 days before the trip – the applicable cancellation fee corresponds to the value of the airline tickets + 100% of the remaining services.
Where applicable, the customer will be reimbursed for the difference between the amount paid and the above amounts. In this situation, the refund will be made, less the cancellation fee, within a maximum of 14 days of cancellation of the travel contract, except in the case of negligence on the part of sodadetour – in which case the refund will be 50% of the value of the contracted service.


CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
Sodadetour carries out its activity with the highest level of professionalism and dedication, offering conditions of maximum comfort and safety to its Clients and Users, with the aim of providing them with pleasant and memorable moments in the programmes and services it offers.
However, there may be circumstances beyond the control and responsibility of Sodadetour which prevent the proper execution of the contracted services or even their unusual cancellation, namely:

  • exceptionally adverse weather conditions;
  • natural phenomena;
  • acts of vandalism and terrorism
  • public unrest;
  • traffic congestion or accidents;
  • public health restrictions decreed by official entities;
  • strikes by third parties directly or indirectly related to the services contracted.
